From order to doorstep
You order
Confirmation email lands straight away with your order details.
We dispatch
Within 1–3 working days you get a second email with tracking.
In transit
Typically 7–12 days. UK-stocked items arrive in 2–5.
Delivered
To your door, free. Anything wrong? We sort it.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We are not shipping internationally yet.
Tracking your order
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can sit without updating for a few days while a parcel is in transit between countries. That is normal and does not mean it is lost.
Orders with both UK and overseas items
If you order a UK-stocked item alongside one that ships from overseas, they arrive as two separate parcels on different days. We say so at checkout so it is never a surprise.
Customs and duties
All prices include any tax due. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery for a standard order.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived 20 days after dispatch, email info@pawtrove.co.uk with your order number. We’ll chase the courier, and if a parcel is confirmed lost we’ll replace it or refund you in full. If it arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll sort a replacement.
