The terms you agree to when you buy from Pawtrove.

1. About us

This site is operated by Pawtrove, a sole trader based in England and Wales, trading from 6 Robinia Close, Ilford IG6 3AJ. You can contact us at info@pawtrove.co.uk.

2. Using our site

By browsing or ordering from pawtrove.co.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in force is the one published here when you place your order.

3. Orders

When you place an order you’ll receive an acknowledgement email. That email confirms we have received your order, but the contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is free to UK addresses. We take payment at checkout through WooCommerce Payments, which processes card payments securely on our behalf. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm or cancel the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Estimated timings are set out on our delivery page. Those estimates are our best expectation rather than a guarantee, and delays occasionally happen with couriers. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

Our returns process is set out on our returns page. Your statutory rights, including the right to cancel an online order and your rights if goods are faulty, apply in addition to anything stated there and are not affected by these terms.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizing guidance. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and natural materials will vary a little between items. Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary treatments, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your dog has a health problem, please speak to your vet.

8. Safe use

Please supervise your dog with any new accessory, follow any sizing and care guidance provided, and stop using an item if it becomes damaged or worn.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

10. Intellectual property

The Pawtrove name, logo, site content and photography belong to us and may not be reproduced without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
